What we all need in life is consistency. We need to have control over everything from food to alcohol. If we don’t have the control our life will go through a negative path. So it’s really a great thing that you have decided to establish a routine, and boundaries. What most dangerous for a man is drinking alcohol and smoking. So whatever may happen we have to through those habits away. That itself makes our life sound. Then the next think is getting to bed and waking up early. There is a saying that early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. So maintain a habit of sleeping and waking early.

I too like adventurous tips like you mainly to mountain areas so that I can go on trekking with my friends. So I really enjoyed reading this post about your experience Lough Hyne. I really liked that place after reading your narrations and decided to visit that place soon with my friends.
